A UNIFIED ECOSYSTEM FOR A UNIFIED MISSION
Our work is not a collection of programs — it is a living ecosystem shaped by prayer, shared discernment, and the unified mission of our partner churches.
Mosaic Houses
Our Mosaic Houses are intended to deepen the character and spiritual formation of young leaders in the context of life and ministry together.
Our homes are for single Christians who commit to residentially based formation experience.
You will participate in an intentional formation curriculum for you to grow in your relationship with God, deepen your identity in Christ, and discern your calling in the context of life and ministry together.
We invite you to nominate a mentor who commits to walk with you through your time at the houses. Pending conversation with the director and the mentor’s covenant commitment, the mentor will meet with you regularly.
We offer you spiritual direction once per month from our network of partners.
We offer access to counseling at a significantly reduced rate, if desired.

The Mosaic HUB
Formerly the historic North Chicago Library and home to the award winning Angel Drill Team…
The Mosaic HUB is a transformational gathering place to share life and fellowship together. The Mosaic HUB honors the building’s significant legacy through a series of interactive displays, artistic expressions, and historic materials.
Day to day, this building serves as place where all members of our community can gather together and take part in activities such as youth development, creative arts, worship, and prayer. It is also home to the CHILL lounge (Creating Higher Intelligent Learning Lifestyles).
Why your involvement matters:
When you support the Mosaic HUB, you’re empowering our community to come together. You have helped to restore a beautiful historic building that has been foundational to our community, functioning first as the library, and more recently the home of the Angel Drill Team. With renewed purpose, this building plays a significant part in helping our neighborhood thrive.

The Mosaic Healing Gardens
The Mosaic Healing Gardens are a living expression of prayer, presence, and partnership. What began as a small garden behind the Mosaic HUB has grown into a 0.7-acre space for restoration and renewal…where neighbors, youth, and volunteers cultivate both the soil and the soul. Through hands-on learning, mentoring, and community meals, the gardens offer a place where healing, beauty, and belonging take root.
Some Mosaic Healing Gardens goals:
Feed the Community
The garden provides fresh, healthy produce for neighbors, offering nourishment for both body and soul.Foster Healing and Wholeness
Working with the soil offers space for reflection, restoration, and renewal, helping individuals experience the healing power of God through creation.Grow Intergenerational Connection
Children, elders, and everyone in between come together to plant, learn, and serve, strengthening the bonds that hold our community together.Cultivate Learning and Formation
The garden is a living classroom where sustainability, stewardship, and spiritual formation take root in everyday life.
#4Waukegan Club
The #4Waukegan Club is a student-led movement bringing hope, faith, and belonging into local high schools. Led by high school students and supported through a partnership with Young Life and our covenant churches, the club creates a space where young people can show up as they are, build real friendships, and explore life’s deeper questions together.
At its core, #4Waukegan is a place of belonging and becoming. Students gather to laugh, listen, grow, and encourage one another—discovering that they are seen, valued, and created with purpose. Adult leaders and mentors walk alongside them, offering guidance, consistency, and care while empowering students to lead with courage and compassion.
More than a club, #4Waukegan is a glimpse of what’s possible when churches unite to love young people well. It’s a space where faith meets everyday life, where leadership is formed early, and where the next generation is invited to step into who God is calling them to be.
REFINED is an 18-month spiritual formation journey for young adults who long to be rooted in Christ, connected in community, and sent with purpose. Built around the story of the Prodigal Son, REFINED invites participants into a slow, intentional process of healing, renewal, and transformation—walking with God and others toward wholeness and calling.
Through six retreats over 18 months, participants explore key movements of the spiritual life: healing what’s broken, receiving grace, reclaiming identity, and stepping into God’s mission. Along the way, they are supported through teaching, mentoring, spiritual direction, and community—creating space for deep formation, honest reflection, and meaningful growth.
REFINED is for young adults ready to commit to the journey. Those who participate leave with a renewed sense of identity, belonging, and purpose, grounded in Christ and connected to a community that walks with them long after the program ends. It’s not just a program—it’s a path of becoming.
